My License-ID is not working for v10

Latest version removes the ability to select download directory - only subfolder under browser's download directory. Worse than that it just doesn't seem to work - only solution was to rollback to a previous version. Paid, licensed user - new version is not ready for release. Support contact options on the developers website do not work - Contact links don't go anywhere.

You have completely destroyed it with the V10 update. Nothing works. What the hell have you done & why? I am a paid user for years & this was great but noe USELESS. Warning to others DO NOT PAY FOR THE PAID VERSION whatever you do until they roll this back to VERSION 8 when EVERYTHING WORKED.

New version interface is awful and your now forced to use it.

As of the latest version, this add-on is practically useless. Various features have been removed, presumably to be re-added as paid options. I can't speak for any paid features, but the base version is now terrible, frustrating to use, and constantly failing.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES BUY THIS RUBBISH!!!It used to be excellent but the last update was a disaster. Now nothing works. The paid licence is removed and all attempts to reload it fail. Customer support is NIL! DON'T THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY ON THIS RUBBISH!

Since the last update or updates (it's a few months that I don't use it) it doesn't allow anymore to choose a custom download folder. Instead, it defaults to the download folder chosen in the Firefox's settings, and it completely ignores the choice of "ask every time".
There is no more popup window to choose where to download.
For me 10001% USELESS as of now.
