- Rated 4 out of 5by HellPhantom, a month agoMy Goal is to get larger and better images of what I already have/see.
Now that Google reverse image lookup is no more this add-on is the best. I use it first to find larger/Better image. Even when it fails I can then use "Search by image" add-on, on what it did find to either search Google lens or TinyEye and about 10 other reverse lookup engines. Its not as convenient as google reverse lookup add-on I had but I believe I might actually be getting to what I want faster now. Not in steps but in results found. 60+% of time I find it in first step not needing "Search by image" add-on. - Rated 4 out of 5by Guimauve, a month agoHello, I just discovered this extension and I find it much better than Imagus. Thank you to the developer! However, I have a problem with Google Images: IMU 2025.12.0 works fine with the first 100 thumbnails on the page, but beyond that, IMU no longer displays the image in full size, but only the thumbnails.

posted a month agoGoogle Images recently updated, and the previous technique to find the original images past 100 (the preloaded amount) doesn't work anymore. I've implemented a fix for the userscript version, but unfortunately getting this to work on the extension version is a bit trickier, and might not land in the next release (it needs to intercept HTTP calls, which is definitely my least favorite approach towards supporting a website).
I've tracked the feature here: https://github.com/qsniyg/maxurl/issues/1533 . Note that once it's implemented, you will need to enable "Rules intercepting HTTP requests" (under the Rules tab). It's disabled by default because it carries a fingerprinting risk. - Rated 4 out of 5by youussef, 7 months ago
- Rated 4 out of 5by Macurta, 2 years agoExtension is now working perfectly for Deviant-Art. Thank you for fixing it. Works great!
Developer response
posted 2 years agoCan you try with the latest version (2023.8.0)? I believe I fixed most of the DeviantArt issues there :)
Edit: Glad to know it works for you again! - Rated 4 out of 5by JP, 4 years agoThis used to work great until recently: images on Instagram won't load now. Hasn't been working for a while now: tumbler images won't load.
Developer response
posted 4 years agoSorry for the late reply. The next version will fix Instagram (and support 1440x for posts without needing the mobile API). Tumblr will also be fixed. You can side-load the Github version in the meantime if you wish, they should work properly there :) - Rated 4 out of 5by LEXAR-SDHC, 5 years agoThe 0.19.5 version isn't yet up on Mozilla corp's repository? Undergoing review prehaps?
Developer response
posted 5 years agoIndeed. I've submitted it, but they haven't yet approved it... soon I hope!
Edit: It's up now! - Rated 4 out of 5by doinglines, 5 years ago
- Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 16671729, 5 years agoAn excellent add-on; however although it was working great yesterday, on Instagram it no longer returns max res 1440P/1440x1800 max and as of today, only returns the old max sizes of 1080P/1080x1350. Tried re-installing, clearing cache etc but the add-on appears to not be working as it was... recent FF update issue?
Developer response
posted 5 years agoHmm, according to another user it still appears to work, so it doesn't seem like the issue has to do with an Instagram update (thankfully!). Did you by any chance log out of instagram? It only works when you're logged in.
If not, can you contact me through one of the contact links in the addon's description? Matrix or discord would be ideal as it might require a bit of back and forth to find out what the issue is (but if not email/github/reddit is fine too). The reason I ask is that unfortunately there's no way to have a discussion over the firefox addons review page, so I can't really help troubleshoot the issue here.
Sorry you're having this issue, and hope we can get this fixed! :) - Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 14358843, 6 years ago
