AdBlock does pretty much what it says, however, free solutions like AdBlock Ultimate does all that AdGuard DNS does as well. System level blocking is certainly attractive, but that can be accomplished by simply inputting the DNS data into the network connection. I was interested primarily for the stealth benefits as I have a pesky web service which makes me wait 3 seconds between page refreshes if I don't disable my adblocker. Please add stealth options for five stars. Uninstalled for now.
